Video shows you almost exactly what to do. When you remove the black screen go ahead and pop the 2 little boards out and leave them taped to the black screen. We only cut one side of led screen and lifted it to change led lights then taped that one cut. Boards were easy. Took about 30 minutes. Worth it to me and had 0 problems.
