The Shark motorized floor nozzle was a perfect replacement. All we had to do was plug it into the wand and go. I also couldn't believe we received. the part the very next day. Nice to have parts so close by.

The part was a used part. This was not disclosed during purchase. The part was cleaned up nicely with a new brush but it was still a used product. If I had known that I would not have purchased it used.

Q: Is the reticulated hose free from cracks? Is it possibly Le to replace the hose part as that is all that is wrong with my unit?

A: Unfortunately we are totally out of stock on these ourselves. No lead time for restock but you'll spot a field on the listing to pop your email address into if you'd like a heads up sent your way if we acquire more! These are refurbished so nothing more than slight cosmetic damage (scuffs/scratches) when we have them.
