Q: A blinking red light on a Samsung TV 58” with no picture and intermittent sound. The backlights do come on and off along with the sound like a power issue but I used another cord from a working Samsung tv in my bedroom.

I have disconnected the ribbon from the main board to the address board as stated in the video and the back lights stay on with audio “no actual picture” So this would conclude the tv is junk and not worth the repair?
