we found a Shark Vacuum in the trash and grabbed it. I checked it out and one piece was broken. We ordered that part, cleaned the clogged air path, and now have a great new vacuum for $65.

Q: there is a nylon ring at the vertical lumen of the 90 degree suction tube. i need just that nylon ring because mine has been broken since shortly after i purchased the vacuum. do you sell just the ring? if not, if i purchase this component from you and this part is broken, will you give me my money back? this is a weak point on this system and im sure the company should know about this even though they dont offer this ring for sale.
