Q: What part controls the signal from the remote control? The remote will turn on the tv but not work with any other buttons. My dish remote which is paired up with the tv also WILL NOT adjust the volume and it usually does. So it's not the remote it's the tv not receiving the signal . it does turn it off and on. when you turn it on the screen is grey. I turn off the tv at the surge protector and turn it back on and it is fine but volume still doesn't work. THERE ARE NO BUTTONS to control the tv just one on the back which doesn't work either. HELP I just got this tv in Aug of 2023. no more warranty, It did this after the hurricane but I have a surge protector on it.
