I ordered some LED strips for our TVs at work that periodically break (after a while one of the original LEDs burns out). The repair went great, and this saves us a huge amount in the long run. These are indeed new units; in the past I'd ordered from another site that advertised new but showed signs of use. This is where I'll shop from now on.

Sent in a heavily protected bubble wrap to ensure no damage for a time consuming repair. Success in bringing back to life a 9 year old LED TV and preventing me from having to buy a completely new TV.

New control panel worked great
The price was acceptable considering what a brand new one cost from Amazon. Shipping was fast and was packaged very well. The control panel was in good condition for being used. I could tell they had probably repaired the exact part that went bad on mine. So I guess this must be common on these things. It worked flawlessly, the lights even seemed brighter on this one than the one I took off. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality and how quickly we were able to get it.
