Q: Good morning, I have an LG OLED77G2PUA.DUSQLJR that I got from a transfer station so i dont know the actual condition. The power LED turns on and the relay clicks but the 12V that feeds the T-CON only comes on momentarily unless I disconnect that ribbon cable to the T-Con board. If I purchase the complete board-set from you and find out that the screen is bad, do you have a return policy where I pay some sort of restock fee? If so, what would it be? Thanks!
