Paid a premium for what appeared to be used parts for my TV.
When it arrived, I unpacked it to find that I was sent the wrong part or more accurately 2 of the same L 'feet' or base...not one of each.
When I contacted the company, I was told that I have to pay to send it back, pay a restocking fee and wait for credit.

It would be better if you sent an RMA number and paid to pick the product up.
There was no apology for waisting my time and money. No offer to resolve the issues. Poor customer service and terrible order fulfillment.
I am not one to leave ratings or throw shade on reviews but you guys really missed the bar on all aspects of fulfillment.
Automate fulfillment. Personalize Customer Service.
If you screw it up (it happens) clean it up. Don't force the customer to jump through hoops, make it easy for them to help you clean up the error and utilize your product.
