Very best of customer service. Ordered a main board for my TV. Received the board as expected. I installed it, but the TV did not function properly. I contacted ShopJimmy via their email link and described the problem. They contacted me in kind and offered a refund and set up the RMA without issue. Upon return I was refunded with inhouse credit which I used to reorder the same board. I received it and installed it. This time, it worked fine. The TV booted up and I was able to get it set up fully. No issues. I would definitely use them again and for sure recommend them to friends.

Worked Perfectly

I ordered some LED strips for our TVs at work that periodically break (after a while one of the original LEDs burns out). The repair went great, and this saves us a huge amount in the long run. These are indeed new units; in the past I'd ordered from another site that advertised new but showed signs of use. This is where I'll shop from now on.
