Worked Perfectly

I ordered some LED strips for our TVs at work that periodically break (after a while one of the original LEDs burns out). The repair went great, and this saves us a huge amount in the long run. These are indeed new units; in the past I'd ordered from another site that advertised new but showed signs of use. This is where I'll shop from now on.

The entire process was very easy. Ordering was simple, and the control board was well-packed in a padded box. I followed the instructions in a YouTube video and was able to install the control board with no problem. The washer works perfectly. Instructions on how to program/calibrate the new control board were included in the package, but I didn’t need to use them.

LED strips are the light source behind the LCD screen in LED TVs (yes, the screen is still LCD). These strips get their power from the LED driver or the power supply board and control the image brightness on your TV screen.

Which symptoms do LED strips fix in a TV?

• If you see very dim video or no video on the screen, but you know your TV has power and is on, then the LED strips could be bad.

• If you see very dim video or no video on only a portion of the screen while the rest of the screen is bright/normal, then the LED strips could be bad.
